Dr. Dugan Joined the Comprehensive Epilepsy Center in 2010 after completing a two-year fellowship in Clinical Neurophysiology at New York University Langone Medical Center. She graduated from the University of the Philippines in 1997 with a degree in BS Physical Therapy and earned her medical degree in 2002 from the University of the East Ramon Magsaysay Memorial Medical Center. Dr. Dugan completed a two-year fellowship in Clinical Neurophysiology at NYU Langone Medical Center.
Clinical and research interests include treatment resistent epilepsy, surgical treatment of epilepsy, intracranial EEG monitoring with subdural electrodes, epilepsy and women's issues.
