Dr. Friedman is an Epileptologist and a Clinical Neurophysiologist at the NYU Comprehensive Epilepsy Center. He recieved his medical degree from Case Western University School of Medicine in Cleveland, Ohio. He completed his internship at NYU Langone Medical Center and his neurology residency at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania. He completed a fellowship in epilepsy and clinical neurophysiology at the Neurological Institute, Columbia University Medical Center. In addition, Dr. Freidman completed an additional year of training in translation epilepsy research studying models of seizure modulation and epileptogenesis.
